Fantasy football picks: Week 4 FanDuel GPP breakdown

DeAndre Hopkins – Anytime that I can get Hopkins at less than 20% I consider that a massive win. Carolina is not a good as their second-place pass defense ranking indicates. Hopkins will have a massive height advantage in this game, along with his pure talent. Carolina has actually given up the 14th most points to opposing receivers, and while it’s been a slightly disappointing year for Hopkins, the targets are still there.

Cooper Kupp – If you guys read my single-game article on Sunday, you would have saw how high I was on Kupp. He has been a target machine, getting 31 through three games. Tampa has been slightly better against the pass this year, but Jones really lit them up last week which really makes me wonder if the Rams can put up a really big game themselves. They have really struggled against tight-ends, and whole Kupp isn’t a tight-end, he runs quite a bit of routes underneath which I believe will be a huge benefit for him.

Josh Gordon – It’s Gordon’s time to shine in New England. With Brown gone, and Edleman injured, Josh put up a season-high 11 targets, which was more than he got total through the first two weeks. Yes Buffalo has a pretty good passing defense, but if Julian was to sit out once again, Gordon will be the top option for Brady, and at 6.2k on FanDuel, I will have a lot of interest.

Sterling Shepard – While people will take a different approach in stacking Jones with Engram, I would like to add Shepard onto this stack, or as a one-off. Shepard saw nine targets, going for 100 yards and a score. His value will only increase with Jones at quarterback, and Washington gives up the most fantasy points to wide receivers in the league.
