NFL DFS Week 4: Cash game breakdown
NFL DFS Week 4: Fantasy football cash game breakdown
Kenny Golladay – FanDuel $6700 DraftKings $5900
I don’t really know if Mr. Smooth Jazz himself is safe enough for cash to be honest but it sounds as though people around the industry are flocking to him as a means to get more pieces of this high total game (Vegas has it at 54.5 right now which is the highest by a good bit). Golladay is a bit up and down not because he isn’t talented but really because Stafford is just so hot and cold. He seems to be the type of quarterback who will completely key in on a guy whether he should be or not. I think going either Marvin Jones or Golladay does make a lot of sense but I’m not sure how you go about ensuring you have the right one. I’m seeing Golladay projecting as the higher owned of the two so he’s “safer” in cash in terms of ownership.
Christian Kirk – FanDuel $5900 DraftKings $5100
Unfortunately he has yet to find the endzone this year but he has been getting more than 10 targets a game which makes him safe for cash at this price. He’s technically a better value on FanDuel but I like him on both sites to be honest. The Seattle secondary has not been great and like we were saying earlier, there is a very likely game script that would have the Cardinals playing from behind and needing to throw the ball quite a bit. In case you were wondering, this game has been bet up to 48 and I do like playing either Kirk or Fitz. Old man Fitzgerald has been pretty good to me and has been able to score but again, I’m a fan of either of these guys.
Tyler Lockett – FanDuel $6600 DraftKings $6300
Lockett is technically a much better bargain on FanDuel but he’s a great value on both sites after his performance last week where he smashed the Saints with 11 catches 154 yards and a touchdown. As referenced earlier in the Russell Wilson snippet, they were forced to play from behind which I don’t anticipate being the case against the Cardinals. However, Chris Carson can’t stop fumbling the ball and Penny is just coming back from injury so there’s a chance they won’t really trust their run game quite as much as they have historically. It’s tough to say but despite the possibility of a negative game script here, I still think a Wilson to Lockett combo is plenty safe and could have a nice ceiling as well.
