Fantasy Football picks: Week 4 SNF Cowboys vs. Saints

Michael Thomas – It was a very sad day for Thomas owners when Drew Brees got injured. He still received 13 targets in that game against LA, and seven targets last week, and a touchdown with Bridgewater at quarterback.

It is pretty obvious that he will be a major part of this offense no matter who is behind the center, his upside will be capped though because Bridgewater is just not a good quarterback. If he was priced up like he normally would be, than I would have no interest at all.

He is 11.5k though and New Orleans will be playing from behind in this game, which means they will be passing quite a bit. This gives Thomas slightly more upside, but I would still temper expectations.

Ezekiel Elliott – “Zeke the freak” will be a staple of cash game lineups for this slate. He has since returned to his former workhouse status, getting 23, and 19 attempts, and rushing for over 100 yards in those last two games.

He has given up some receiving targets to Pollard, which is discouraging, but I am sure that he will get his fair share of catches as the season goes on. The game script of this one should be pretty fast paced, and competitive, which will really benefit Elliott.

Not to mention that he also did not play in the fourth quarter last game against Miami, and still racked up over 100 yards with ease. I can see him getting around 20 touches, possibly more, and five receptions for at least one touchdown. If the Saints can compete in this game, Zeke will have plenty of chances to rack up points.
