PGA DFS: Shriners Hospitals for Children Open Course Breakdown
We’ve talked about the elevation, the wind and the key holes to target this week. We have established that the fairways are harder than average to hit, but with the rough not being a factor, it will not be a huge priority. There are 4 water hazards to take into account as well as 105 bunkers, but by now we know which holes to target the most. I have organized the Key Stats to look for this week in terms of priority from top to bottom, I like to account these from the previous 24 rounds played.
You can always hop on the PGA Tour’s website and even the KFT logs, or use an outlet like FantasyNational.com which lays out stats in a very efficient manner – either one have all the stats you need. Another talking point to consider is that players that have grown up around this area, or on this type of terrain tend to succeed very well at Summerlin. If you’re targeting narratives you wouldn’t be making any mistakes looking at the locals or ones that have competed for schools in the surrounding areas in the past, familiarity matters in professional golf.
