17. Jameis Winston (LW: 19)

Winston was phenomenal in Tampa Bay’s upset win over Los Angeles, throwing for 387 yards and four touchdowns. The only blemish was an ill-advised pick-six to Marcus Peters, which continues the trend of bad turnovers. Still, Winston has been better under head coach Bruce Arians. The arrow is pointing up.

16. Andy Dalton (LW: 18)

Dalton is only moving up two spots because of injuries and whatnot to other quarterbacks. He was terrible against Pittsburgh, only helping the Bengals to score a measly field goal against the previously 0-3 Steelers. One would imagine this is the last season for Dalton in stripes.

15. Jimmy Garoppolo (LW: 14)

Garoppolo had the week off. His season to this point has been uneven considering he has five touchdowns and four interceptions. The film matches the stats, so the 49ers will need more if he’s going to lead them to the postseason.

14. Jacoby Brissett (LW: 12)

Without T.Y. Hilton, Brissett struggled against the Raiders. The Colts are 2-2 (like every other team in the AFC South) and now head to Arrowhead for a primetime date with the unbeaten Chiefs. We’re about to find out just how good Brissett can be when he needs to win a shootout.

13. Baker Mayfield (LW: 15)

Mayfield finally looked like the player we expected to see all along. in a 40-25 win over the Ravens, Mayfield threw for 342 yards on 11.4 yards per attempt. Cleveland needs its second-year man to continue his upward trend if it is going to claim the AFC North.
