The San Francisco 49ers had their bye week in Week 4, and will kick back off their 2019 schedule on Monday Night Football against the Cleveland Browns. When you look at this San Francisco team, they have the talent on both sides of the ball to be one of the final teams standing in the NFC the season, but will still have to navigate a very tough NFC West the rest of the way.

Quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo has proven to be worth the money this season, and when healthy, he is one of the better quarterbacks in the conference. At the running back position, the 49ers have tried to add players via free agency, but in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft, they should look to bring in a long-term option in Wisconsin running back Jonathan Taylor.

Taylor is the kind of three-down back that would fit perfectly in this San Francisco offense, especially now that Garoppolo is healthy and ready to lead this team back to the top of the division. The 49ers will be an interesting team to keep an eye on throughout the rest of the season, and if things fall their way, they could be picking very late in the first round next April.

124. . Cornerback. Kansas City Chiefs. Paulson Adebo. 32. player

The final pick of the first night of the 2020 NFL Draft currently belongs to the Kansas City Chiefs, who ran their record to 4-0 with a solid victory over the Detroit Lions in Week 4. Quarterback Patrick Mahomes has proven to be one of the better quarterbacks we have seen in recent memory, and he showed his leadership on the final drive against the Lions in the team’s victory this past Sunday.

There is no doubt that the Chiefs are going to run away with the AFC West this season, and when all is said and done, they could be representing the AFC in the Super Bowl. They have the talent on offense to beat anybody on any given week, and if their defense can finally start playing up to their potential, they are going to be almost impossible to beat this season.

With their first round pick next April, the Chiefs should look to continue to add talent to their defensive backfield, bringing in Stanford cornerback Paulson Adebo. This is a Chiefs secondary that added the likes of Tyrann Mathieu at safety this past offseason, and a guy like Adebo would give them another solid cornerback to go along with Bashaud Breeland and Kendall Fuller.
