The Bastard vs. The Hangman

In one of the most delayed big matches in recent wrestling history “The Bastard” PAC was finally set to take on “Hangman” Adam Page.

The crowd seemed very behind Hangman as PAC was booed and Page seemed to have more of a favorable reaction.

The two rivals traded strikes and attacks until PAC fled to the floor and was thrown from barricade to barricade by Hangman. Hangman seemed to have a chokehold on the match but PAC was nowhere near ready to be put down. Hangman went for a beautiful standing shooting star press but was denied the three count. PAC then gained the upper hand and started to grind Hangman down on the apron as he hit a wild 450 springboard splash.

PAC went up again but this time he was cut off by Page who hit a nasty avalanche fallaway slam. Hangman then started to string togethers an arsenal of moves until PAC threw him into the ring post. The match shifted back and forth and back and forth until Hangman hit a crisp moonsault onto PAC on the outside. Hangman went for the Buckshot but was then kicked low by PAC as the ref was distracted. PAC finished the match with the nasty combo of The Black Arrow and The Brutalizer submission.

This match could have been a tad shorter but it also made both men look solid. PAC’s new heavyweight style will be something fans need to adjust to but in time it will endear itself to the long-term viewer.
