NFL DraftKings: Wide Receivers

DeAndre Hopkins $7,800

This should come as no surprise, but both of DeShaun Watson’s highest-scoring games this season also happened to be Hopkin’s highest-scoring performances. It’s pretty simple, if you are playing Watson, you have to look at stacking him with Hopkins. A lot of people are looking at Will Fuller at $4,500, and he’s definitely in play at that price. Just don’t forget about the guy who can make a legitimate claim to being the best wide receiver on the planet. The higher Fuller’s ownership keeps climbing, the better of a play Hopkins becomes.

Julio Jones $7,700

Priced just $100 cheaper than Hopkins, Julio Jones is another guy to consider this week. Most DFS players would rather spend up at the running back position, which makes getting to these high priced wide receivers really difficult. Players are even less likely to want to pay for a guy like Julio after a couple of down weeks. If you want to be ultra-contrarian, find a way to fit both Hopkins and Julio in your tournament lineup.

Robby Anderson $4,500

The return of Sam Darnold should do wonders for Anderson’s ceiling, but I’m still looking his way even if we see Luke Falk get one more start. Anderson should have an opportunity to pile up stats in a game in which the Jets are expected to be playing from behind. Philadelphia’s secondary is among the worst in the league, so guys like Anderson or even Jamison Crowder at $4,300 are both great ways to pivot off of a higher owned Will Fuller.
