Chicago Bears (-4.5) at Oakland Raiders

This game and is in London. Khalil Mack is going to be out for blood whether this thing is played in Europe or Antarctica. The Bears (3-1) have a pop-gun offense, but the Raiders (2-2) don’t have the talent to beat Chicago’s all-world defense.

Pick: Chicago 17, Oakland 10

Jacksonville Jaguars at Carolina Panthers (-3.5)

Gardner Minshew is good. Really good. The Jaguars (2-2) are the best team in the AFC South, which isn’t saying a ton, but still. Carolina (2-2) won consecutive road games to get back in the race, but Kyle Allen against Jacksonville’s defense? Huge ask.

Pick: Jacksonville 23, Carolina 21

Minnesota Vikings (-5.5) at New York Giants

If Kirk Cousins and the Vikings’ (2-2) offense doesn’t break out on Sunday, it may never happen. The Giants (2-2) are playing confident with Daniel Jones, but he’s throwing balls to the other team at an alarming rate. Something to watch against a terrific defense.

Pick: Minnesota 30, New York 19

New York Jets at Philadelphia Eagles (-14)

This is going to be a massacre. The Eagles (2-2) are coming off a mini-bye and should be relatively healthy. Philadelphia’s main problem is its secondary, but it won’t be tested because the Jets (0-3) have no ability to pass the football. New York should be thrilled if this isn’t over by halftime.

Pick: Philadelphia 34, New York 13

New England Patriots (-15.5) at Washington Redskins

This game should have parental controls on it down in D.C.

Pick: New England 29, Washington 12

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at New Orleans Saints (-3)

Sneaky great game. The Saints (3-1) are winning without Drew Brees, but the offense has done very little. The Buccaneers (2-2) have an improved defense and Jameis Winston is looking better, albeit with horrid moments sprinkled in. If Winston doesn’t make the big mistake — a huge if — Tampa has a real shot to win.

Pick: New Orleans 24, Tampa Bay 23
