Fantasy football picks: Week 5 FanDuel GPP breakdown

Tennessee Titans – My Titans will be ready to dominate the poor offense of Buffalo on our main slate. They are coming in very low owned, even with how good they have been. Accumulating 13 sacks, six turnovers, allowing 20 points just one time. Josh Allen is also very much questionable, which means in the event he does not play, Matt Barkley will be the replacement, and he did not impress anybody in his short time last week.

The Bills have a 7.7% adjusted sack rate, good for 22nd, and the pass rush for Tennessee should be able to get to whichever quarterback early and often. The weapons on Buffalo are limited, Allen has turned the ball over plenty of times himself, and I can imagine Barkley will not do much better. Adore Jackson has more than enough speed to keep up with John Brown, which eliminates one of the most dangerous weapons for Buffalo.

Philadelphia Eagles – Coming in at just slightly more ownership, but still below 10% is the Eagles against the Jets. This Jets offense is just, wow. They rank 30th in fantasy points scored at quarterback, wide receiver, and tight end, and 21st at running back. That’s really bad in case you couldn’t tell. They also have an 11.5% adjusted sack rate, ranking 30th, and while the Philly defense has not been doing much in the sack department, that could very well change.

The main problem with the Eagles defense has been cornerback, well I can’t tell you of one player on New York that is any sort of threat outside of Bell. He does not play wide receiver, Sam Darnold has been out, and still might not play again. That would solidify thus Eagles defense as one of the top options on the slate.
