FantasyDraft NFL – Picks and Pivots for Week 5

Well hello there friends, no this is not Jim Nantz, this is your buddy 2LockSports who just can’t stay away and is ready to take a break from his break before NBA starts and give you a little Picks and Pivots breakdown of Week 5 over on the FantasyDraft NFL slate.

As many of you know who follow me on Twitter, I am not an NFL DFS expert, I simply play DFS during the NFL season for fun and as a way to enjoy the games. As such, I am not interested in grinding out cash game plays and I am certainly not interested in bankroll management or contest selection when it comes to building a roster on Sunday for fun.

You know who I am? I am the fish. Yep, I am the guy taking a single shot at the Milly Maker tournaments, giving myself something to root for on Sunday afternoon because as I am also a Jets fan, well Sundays stopped mattering around halftime of Week 1.

I am sure there are not many DFS articles you read this week that will start off telling you they are the fish, but I am not going to try and sell you something I am not and frankly in a few weeks when the NBA is back, all my focus will be on DFS for hoops and bringing you Picks and Pivots each day.

Now all that being said, I think there are some really interesting lessons we can learn from the first four weeks of the NFL DFS season, specifically as it relates to playing on FantasyDraft where their Hooters Main Event continues to overlay each week and considering the tournaments are already rake-free, it is your clearest path to winning big and I plan to take my calculated shots over there in Week 5, but first how have the winners built their lineups for the first 4 weeks?
