Yahoo NFL: Chris Godwin ($24 salary)

Chris Godwin has been a man on fire this season. With Marshon Lattimore likely to be glued to Mike Evans this weekend, Chris Godwin could be in line for a monster game. The New Orleans Saints have allowed 13 receptions, 209 yards, and 1.25 touchdowns per game to the wide receiver position.

Godwin, the number two fantasy receiver, is averaging 6.5 receptions and 96.5 receiving yards per contest. Set to duke it out with Eli Apple this weekend, Godwin should be able to exploit the corner who has allowed a 115.3 passer rating against this season. Godwin is appears to be a tremendous value for this weekend’s contest against Apple, who according to Sports Info Solutions, has allowed 11.7 yards per target.

Yahoo NFL: Marquise Brown ($24 salary)

Marquise Brown started his rookie season off with bang. He has remained a focal point of the offense, but is now being forced to contend with number one receiver attention. He continues to be to possess weekly WR1 upside, something many may have thought was not possible from a wide receiver catching passes from Lamar Jackson.

Brown has seen a number one receiver level 24.8 percent target share, and is first in the league with 12 deep targets. Seventh in the league with 3.07 yards per route, and third with 507 air yards Brown is quickly making a name for himself as one of the most explosive wide receivers in the NFL.

The Pittsburgh Steelers have allowed 185.75 yards and 1.25 touchdowns per game to the wide receiver position.

Excluding the Bengals game this number jumps to 205.33 yards and 1.66 touchdowns. Set to do battle with Joe Haden this weekend, Brown will need to use his speed and separation skills to have a big game. Haden has allowed an exploitable 61.1 percent catch rate on the season.

Yahoo NFL: Alshon Jeffrey ($21 salary)

Alshon Jeffrey is strangely priced as a bargain this week despite the plus matchup. According to PlayerProfiler, Jeffrey is 14th in the league with 0.59 fantasy points per route and 17th with 2.33 fantasy points per target.

This week he squares off against a New York Jets defense that has surrendered 15.33 receptions, 220 yards, and 1.33 touchdowns per game to the wide receiver position. He is slated to line up against Trumaine Johnson, a corner who has allowed a 111.4 passer rating against, and a 76.9 percent catch rate.

The New York Jets have relinquished the fourth most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers. Jeffrey is shaping up to be a tremendous potential value for this weekend.
