Fantasy Football Advice: Stats, Facts, and Tidbits
D.J. Chark (doo-doo doo-doot doo) is now second in the NFL in touchdowns (5) and tied with Chris Godwin for the most 20+ yard receptions this season with 10. He’s emerged as the top option in the passing game and is developing quite a rapport with Jags quarterback Gardner Minshew.
Chark is one of five receivers who have true catch rates of 95% or better. The rest of that list is Cooper Kupp, Kenny Stills, Chris Godwin, and Sterling Shephard.
D.K. Metcalf has only one touchdown catch this season despite leading the NFL with six end zone targets and playing 82% of the Seahawks offensive snaps. There’s a lot to like about the Seattle offense this week, but Metcalf could go under the radar with Carson, Lockett, and Dissly getting more love.
Andy Dalton has thrown 10 “interceptable passes” which is second to only Jared Goff this season. He’s also attempting nearly 41 throws per game, the sixth most among quarterbacks. Defenses facing the Bengals are going to be a “thing” in DFS and as a streaming option in season-long leagues.
The Ravens are scoring the most points per game and are third in yards per game. As massive favorites against the lowly, winless Bengals we should see their offensive players be popular plays this week in DFS.
