Five bounce back players for week 6 in fantasy football

Alvin Kamara – It has been a very rough season for the promising star out of New Orleans. He has basically fallen off the face of the earth since the departure of Drew Brees. While he has actually maintained a decent number of rushing attempts, the receptions have gone down, and he has not scored a touchdown in three weeks. Kamara is still dominating the snap count, at 76.2% on the year. That is one of the only promising factors about his production as of late.

With a new quarterback in place, we have to expect that some of the previous play-calling will be different, but to phase out one of your best receivers in the passing game is just absurd. Luckily, Kamara will get a juicy match-up in week six with the Green Bay Packers.

They are giving up the second-most points per game to the running back position, with a DVOA of 6.1% against the rush, which is 27th in the league. Another key factor is the adjusted line yards, which is 5.34 per play, ranked 31st. The Saints offense ranks 8th in adjusted line yards per play at 4.74, which is a massive boost for Kamara and his upside going into this game on Sunday. If the secondary of Green Bay shuts down Michael Thomas than that will force the Saints to use other options, such as Alvin.
