player. 53. . Cornerback. Cleveland Browns. Kristian Fulton. 9

The Cleveland Browns tookon the San Francisco 49ers on Monday Night Football, in a game that was pretty lopsided in the 49ers favor. For the Browns, they are still looking for an identity under first-year head coach Freddie Kitchens, as the team has yet to string together solid games so far in 2019.

Quarterback Baker Mayfield took the NFL by storm as a rookie last season, but he has been up and down this season as well. On the other side of the ball, the Browns have to be better against the pass in the secondary, and using a first round pick on LSU cornerback Kristian Fulton would be a nice a get at No. 14 overall.

Two years ago, the Browns selected Ohio State cornerback Denzel Ward No. 4 overall, and he has been a very good player to date. Last year, the team selected Greedy Williams in the second round, giving them another solid young corner, but this is a league where you need three good cornerbacks to contend back there, and Fulton could be the missing piece.

Jacksonville Jaguars. CeeDee Lamb. 10. player. 52. . Wide Receiver

The Jacksonville Jaguars have had one of the better storylines of the NFL season so far, as sixth-round quarterback Gardner Minshew II has taken the league by storm. Minshew got his big break when Nick Foles broke his collarbone, and when the veteran does finally return, he may not have a job to return to.

Since taking over as the starter, Minshew has developed a nice raport with wide receiver D.J. Chark, and they connected for a big game in the team’s loss to the Carolina Panthers on Sunday. Even with the emergence of Chark, the Jaguars may decide to bring in more young talent at wide receiver, and CeeDee Lamb from Oklahoma is going to be a special player at the NFL level.

Lamb has had the luxury of catching balls from Heisman Trophy winners during his time at Oklahoma, and that has led to him being one of the more productive players in the Big 12. With the Jaguars, he would give the team’s young quarterback another weapon, and we have already seen what Minshew can do with the limited weapons he currently has.
