Carolina Panthers. Grant Delpit. 17. player. 87. . Safety

The Carolina Panthers have sprung back to life, this after losing starting quarterback Cam Newton after Week 2 of the NFL season. Since Newton went down, undrafted quarterback Kyle Allen has taken over in a big way, leading the team to three straight victories, and back into the playoff race in the NFC.

Allen really came out of nowhere to take over as the starter for Carolina, and he just may hang on to the job when Newton comes back healthy. Sitting at 3-2, the Panthers would pick at No. 17 in the 2020 NFL Draft if the season ended tomorrow, and they may want to look to add another safety to the mix.

Eric Reid is still a fantastic safety, but if Grant Delpit is still available in the middle of the first round, he would be a perfect partner for Reid in this Panthers secondary. Delpit has incredible coverage skills, soft hands, and is not afraid to come up and make the big hit, three things you look for in a safety.

51. . Offensive Lineman. Los Angeles Rams. Tyler Biadasz. 18. player

The Los Angeles Rams are another NFC team that came out guns blazing this season, but have since fallen on hard times. Their last loss, an embarrassing defeat at the hands of divisional rival Seattle on Thursday Night Football, has left the experts wondering if this is even a playoff team this season.

While it is too early to go that far, there is something wrong with Todd Gurley, as this Rams offense has become a pass-first unit, leading Jared Goff to throw it over 110 times over the last two games. They have to get back to pounding the ball, but in order to do so, they may have to wait for some reinforcements via the NFL Draft next year.

The interior of the Rams offensive line needs help, and looking at the 2020 NFL Draft class, Tyler Biadasz from Wisconsin is the best interior lineman the class has to offer. Biadasz has the ability to play guard or center at the next level, and on this Rams team, he would instantly slide into the starting lineup in year 1.
