NBA Preseason DFS: New Orleans @ Chicago

New Orleans: Josh Hart is QUESTIONABLE.

Chicago: Shaq Harrison and Chandler Hutchinson are OUT. Wendell Carter Jr. is DOUBTFUL. Luke Kornet is QUESTIONABLE.

This Pelicans team posted 133 points on Monday against the Hawks and could be a really fun team to watch this season and to stack in NBA DFS. Brandon Ingram played well posting 19-6 in 23 minutes while Jrue Holiday scored 21 points in only 19 minutes! Zion is the guy you want again as he was very impressive with a 16-7-3 line and played a team-high 27 minutes. Just eat the Zion chalk again tonight, the guy is a beast and is going to stuff the stat sheet regularly.

Lonzo played 25 minutes and will rack up stats, he’s just not going to be asked to score much for this team. He’s a decent play tonight but I’m looking at a few other Pelicans bench players here, too. European big man Nicolo Melli played 22 minutes off the bench and posted 11 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists while taking 12 shots. He could be an excellent cheap play tonight.

For Chicago, I’m looking at their big three of Zach LaVine, Kris Dunn, and Lauri Markannen. All three of them played 22-23 minutes on Monday are solid plays in an up-tempo matchup with the Pelicans. LaVine is my favorite play as he took 13 shots and continued to be the focal point on offense for Chicago. There’s not a lot to love on the Bulls bench, but three guys you should consider are rookie Coby White (played 25 minutes), Denzel Valentine (took 12 shots in 19 minutes) and rookie Daniel Gafford (12-5 with 3 blocks in 19 minutes).

This game should be high-scoring and is very game-stackable! I would definitely want at least 2-3 pieces of it in most of my lineups tonight.

Elite Plays: Zion Williamson, Zach LaVine, Brandon Ingram

Also, Consider: Jrue Holiday, Lonzo Ball, Nicoli Melli,
