NFL DFS: Cincinnati Bengals @ Baltimore Ravens

PREVIEW

Lamar Jackson and company were rather disappointing last week, but find themselves in the perfect get-right spot against the 0-5 Bengals who rank 31st in pass DVOA and 22nd in rush DVOA. The entire offense should be primed for a massive game from all aspects, making this a team to attack on the main slate.

On the flip side, the Bengals haven’t been able to sustain enough productive drives to warrant playing many of them in DFS, but because of the injuries in the receiving core, it’s really narrowed the target share amongst a few key cogs, mainly Tyler Boyd.

CASH PLAYS

Lamar Jackson (QB – BAL): Jackson flashed his floor in week 5, but still recorded 70 rushing yards on 14 carries. The Bengals have allowed the 8th most fantasy points per game to QBs (20.4) and rank 31st in overall pass DVOA. On top of that, they rank 22nd in the league in adjusted sack rate (6.0%), showing that Jackson should have ample time to look for the deep ball.

Mark Ingram (RB – BAL): The Bengals rank bottom 5 in the league in RB yards per carry allowed (4.78), 31st in 2nd level yards allowed (1.53) and 22nd in overall rush DVOA. This game should feature a heavy positive game-script, meaning a ton of opportunity for Ingram to milk the clock.

Marquise Brown (WR – BAL): He leads the team in target share (23.81%), aDOT (13.6) and air yards (536) and should have no problem burning past the slowing Dre Kirkpatrick.

Mark Andrews (TE – BAL): He remains a key cog in the receiving core, posting a 22.62% target share and seeing a spike to 26.92% in the red zone. He’ll continue to provide a stable floor at an ultra-thin position.

GPP PLAYS

Tyler Boyd (WR – CIN): The Bengals are likely going to be facing negative game script for the majority of the game and Boyd has been a target hog this season, posting a 25.60% target share. There are still 16.91% of the targets that are open from the absence of John Ross which Boyd should continue to soak up.
