WWE is holding a draft on Friday Night SmackDown on October 11 and Monday Night Raw on October 14. Here are all the details.

WWE is holding their second draft of the year beginning this Friday on Friday Night SmackDown. The second part of the draft will take place on Monday Night Raw next Monday. WWE is making this draft a bigger deal than previous drafts. They’re also getting rid of the (stupid) Wild Card rule.

To determine who will pick first, Seth Rollins will be representing Raw while Roman Reigns will be representing SmackDown in a match. The winner’s brand will get first dibs in the draft.

Here are the draft rules per WWE:

  • Over 70 Superstars, as well as tag teams, are eligible for selection in this year’s WWE Draft
SmackDown will draft 30 Superstars, and Raw will select another 41 Superstars
  • Since SmackDown is a two-hour show and Raw is a three-hour show, for every two picks SmackDown makes, Raw will receive three
  • Tag teams will count as one pick unless FOX or USA Network specifically wants to pick only one Superstar from the team
  • Any undrafted Superstars will immediately be declared free agents and able to sign with the brand of their choosing

To hype up the draft, FOX is bringing a star-studded lineup that includes Alex Rodriguez, Troy Aikman, Reggie Bush and Christian Slater. Also scheduled to appear are Saturday Night Live’s Michael Che and Colin Jost, Joe Buck, Jim Cramer (Mad Money), Frank Thomas and Kevin Burkhardt (FOX MLB analysts), Howie Long, Jimmy Johnson, Terry Bradshaw and Tony Gonzalez (FOX NFL Sunday), Charles Davis, Ronde Barber, Daryl Johnston and Chris Spielman (FOX NFL analysts), Michael Vick, Charissa Thompson and Peter Schrager (FOX NFL Kickoff), Brady Quinn, Rob Stone, Matt Leinart and Urban Meyer (Big Noon Kickoff), Joel Klat (FOX College Football analyst), Chris Simms and Rodney Harrison (Football Night in America), James Roday (Psych), Dulé Hill (Psych), Marcus Lemonis (The Profit), Melissa Gorga and Margaret Josephs (Real Housewives of New Jersey), and Kyle Martino, Robbie Mustoe and Rebecca Lowe (Premier League Live).

WWE has also released the pool of Superstars available to be drafted by assigned night.
