Fantasy Football: Week six position by position rankings
Kickers
I jinxed my guy Joey Slye! He had only missed one kick before last week (a 50+ yarder), and then he goes and misses two field goals and an extra point after I rank him as my top kicker of the week.
Dan Bailey and Justin Tucker tied for the most points scored by a tight end last week with 16 apiece. Wil Lutz and Harrison Butker scored just seven points each in week five, and new kickers Mike Nugent and Chase McLaughlin got off to okay starts, scoring nine and seven points, respectively.
Ka’imi Fairbairn finally had a good game on the back of the Texans shellacking of the Falcons, Zane Gonzalez was a top five kicker, and old Adam Vinatieri helped his job security by posting a top five fantasy week as well.
Here is my stab at ranking these leg swingers for week six.

Your guess is as good as mine. Obviously, in general, the more points scored in the game, the more chances the kicker has to score points. So I like to target high scoring games for kickers, even if they may just be getting extra points.
Justin Tucker is the best kicker in the league and the Ravens should be able to move the ball with ease against the Bengals. Greg Zuerlein has a powerful leg and against a pretty stout Niners D he may get some long field goal opportunities.
Slye gets the Bucs this week who are bottom three against opposing kickers, so hopefully he can get back on track in week six. Fairbairn, Butker, Gonzalez, and Matt Bryant should all benefit form what I predict will be high scoring games, and Lutz, McLaughlin, and Randy Bullock face bend-don’t-break type of defenses that may allow the offense to enter field goal range but stop them shy of a touchdown.
Good luck to everyone this week! If you have any further start/sit questions, reach out to me on Twitter @ajf3524. Thanks for reading and tune back in every week for your updated position by position fantasy football rankings.
