2020 NFL mock draft: Justin Herbert lands with Bengals

Looking at the NFC this season, there is real reason to believe that the Seattle Seahawks could be the last team standing in the conference when all is said and done. Quarterback Russell Wilson is playing at an MVP level, and after his dismantling of the Cleveland Browns this past weekend, the Seahawks are the team to beat in the NFC West, and maybe the conference as a whole.
The Seahawks have done a phenomenal job transitioning away from some aging stars on defense, and have revamped the group with some younger talent. In the 2020 NFL Draft, they may want to bring in one of the better cornerbacks the draft class has to offer, selecting Florida’s CJ Henderson at No. 27 overall.
Henderson is a tremendous cover corner, and has really helped turn the Gators defensive backfield into one of the best in college football. The Seahawks are always at their best when they have a strong secondary, and Henderson could finally be the answer to the team losing Richard Sherman a few years back.
The Green Bay Packers took on the Detroit Lions in primetime in Week 6, as the two NFC North rivals battled it out inside Lambeau Field on Monday Night Football. The Lions got off to a hot start against the Packers, going up 13-0 in the first half, but after some help from the referees, the Packers came away with the one-point victory in front of the home fans.
Green Bay continues to roll without their top weapon in the passing game, as Davante Adams once again missed the contest on Monday night. While guys like Allen Lazard and Geronimo Allison stepped up for Aaron Rodgers and company, they need to utilize their first round pick on the wide receiver position group next April.
Luckily for the Packers, there are some solid options in the first round next year, and one of them is Jalen Reagor, a playmaker from TCU. Reagor would be the perfect compliment to Adams in this offense, and with some much talent already at the running back spot for Green Bay, and a revamped defense, this team should have enough to be a contender in the NFC for years to come.
