35. . Quarterback. Tennessee Titans. Joe Burrow. 11. player

The Tennessee Titans may actually be ready to move on from Marcus Mariota, the No. 2 overall selection in the 2015 NFL Draft. Mariota played so poorly in a shutout loss to the Denver Broncos this past weekend that he was actually benched in favor of Ryan Tannehill, who could take over as the starter the rest of the way.

It is safe to say Mariota’s time in Tennessee is coming to an end, and with their first round pick in 2020, look for the Titans to take a long look at Joe Burrow from LSU. Of course, some mock drafts have Burrow going way before No. 11, but if the draft shakes up this way, and he is still available at No. 11, it would be an absolute steal for Tennessee.

Burrow has come out of nowhere this season to lead the Tigers to the No. 2 ranking in college football, and could be playing for a national title before all is said and done. He has that special kind of moxie that you look for in your quarterback, and based on his football IQ, and his ability to make plays happen, he could be the next franchise guy in Tennessee.

. Quarterback. Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Jake Fromm. 12. player. 48

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers went across the pond this past Sunday, taking on division rival Carolina in London, England. During the game, it became clear that Jameis Winston may not be the answer in Tampa Bay anymore, as he struggled against the Panthers defense, and ended up throwing a ton of interceptions.

Since being taken with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft, Winston, like Mariota, has not become the kind of franchise quarterback this organization was hoping for. With their first round pick in 2020, it may be time to turn the page from the talented, but inconsistent Winston, bringing in a guy like Jake Fromm from Georgia.

Fromm has all the talent to be a legitimate franchise quarterback at the NFL level, but as we saw on Saturday in the Bulldogs’ loss to South Carolina, he also has his flaws. Bucs head coach Bruce Arians is a quarterback whisperer, and any quarterback who is drafted by the team next April will be heading into a wonderful situation in Tampa Bay.
