DraftKings EuroLeague Forwards:

We have a situation where Deshaun Thomas, he of the 76.75 DraftKings points over the first two rounds, is the fifth highest priced forward. In my mind, he may as well be free, especially with the struggles of Clyburn and Voigtmann to start the season.

Greg Monroe has owned the EuroLeague centers since arriving but will be tested against Villeurbanne. Still, Monroe is a great play. No one can guard him right now.

Milan has not been shy about running Luis Scola for more than half the game. They are going to keep his minutes in the low 20’s, but Scola still produces enough in that time to warrant using. He is a solid play against Athens this week, but for around the same price, Anthony Randolph’s matchup may be too good to pass up.

DraftKings has raised the price on Tornike Shengelia, so we no longer get him at much of a discount. However, he’s still worth this price in a good matchup, like this week’s tilt against Fenerbahce.

More from FanSided

Jan Vesely’s return rendered Derrick Williams far less effective. I wouldn’t use either of them until a pecking order is firmly established and both of their prices fall. Just give me Jeremy Evans and get out of the way.

Again, DraftKings has been slow to respond to the great play of James Gist. Gist isn’t the kind of guy that will take over a game, but he has been very good in the first two rounds and should be against Tel Aviv as well. Gist remains a cash game star.

Omri Casspi is still too cheap. The matchup with Belgrade isn’t ideal, but he’s going to destroy value for this price. Since Casspi was just ill last week, he should be at full strength for this one.

Janis Timma was overshadowed on Olympiacos last year, but he has flourished for a Khimki squad that needed an inside presence. Timma has been that and more so far. This will be his first taste of the crosstown rivalry game with CSKA, but I would bet on another strong game. Timma will be well worth the price even if he doesn’t hit 30 DraftKings points again.

Stratos Perperoglu is still way too cheap. There is a ton of value at forward on this slate. DraftKings is daring us to pay up, so the key to this slate will be who chooses right with stars.

Tonye Jekiri has back to back double doubles to open the season. Even if Adriean Payne does play, Jekiri is going to steal minutes and very likely outplay him. I would play David Lighty over Payne as well.

As we saw last week, Youssoupha Fall is less of a factor if he doesn’t get blocks. Still, Baskonia has carved out a role for Fall because he can change a game with his presence. He’s worth watching at this price.
