Charlotte Hornets: ….

Are we supposed to say Terry Rozier here? The guy who was one of the worst rotation players in the association last year and just got signed to an atrocious three-year, $58 million contract to replace All-Star Kemba Walker?

The Charlotte Hornets were already a lottery team with Kemba. Replacing him with a guy who hasn’t shown much in his NBA career outside of the 2018 NBA Playoffs is a recipe for disaster and a long, loooong season.

Outside of flashes from Malik Monk and skyscraper Miles Bridges posters, there won’t be much to get excited about in the midst of wildly overpaying for a guy who hasn’t shot 40 percent from the floor once in his first four NBA seasons. He’s put up good preseason numbers, but like, that’s preseason.

This is awkward. Much like Hornets fans skipping ahead to next season, let’s go ahead and skip to the next slide.
