NFL DFS Week 7: Fantasy football cash game breakdown
NFL DFS Week 7: Fantasy football cash game breakdown
Cooper Kupp – FanDuel $7800 DraftKings $7400
I love Cooper Kupp. He’s been a monster in all of my PPR leagues and yet somehow people are still managing to crap all over Jared Goff (rightfully so). But Kupp is still getting his aside from last week against the very for real San Francisco 49ers defense. I don’t think I want to play anyone against the 49ers anymore ever again. This week though Kupp gets the Falcons. I am absolutely loving him as a one-off or as a piece in a game stack. We’ve seen offenses destroy the Falcons week in and week out and quite frankly I’m shocked Dan Quinn still has a job. I think the Rams go nuts here and take out a lot of frustration from last week. Kupp could easily end up the WR1 on the week.
TY Hilton – FanDuel $7600 DraftKings $5900
This is purely a DraftKings play. I’m not interested in him on FanDuel at this price despite his history against Houston. People keep citing that on my Twitter feed as if it’s relevant I don’t understand. TY Hilton having a good game against the Texans like four years ago matters now under completely different circumstances? It seems bizarre to me but whatever. The fact remains he’s a great player and Brissett has been surprisingly steady this year. Again, I’m not afraid of Houston’s defense and this game could be sneaky up and down high scoring affair.
Larry Fitzgerald – FanDuel $5600 DraftKings $6100
Insert the Denzel Washington Training Day gif of him saying “My man”. That’s how I feel about Larry Fitz when building cash lineups. He’s cheap enough to help you get guys you actually want. He’s safe enough to not ruin your lineup by any means. I say it every week in this article and I’ll keep doing it – play Larry Fitzgerald in your cash game lineups. It’s fine. He’s probably going to be really highly owned too because of the matchup. My DFS campaign slogan is going to be something along the lines of “the consummate gentleman Larry Fitzgerald; you can trust him in cash”.
