NFL DFS Week 7: Fantasy football cash game breakdown
NFL DFS Week 7: Fantasy football cash game breakdown
Tyler Boyd – FanDuel $5600 DraftKings $5600
So we know Jacksonville just traded away their stud muffin defensive back Jalen Ramsey. We also know the Bengals have to throw the ball more than anyone else in the league. Unfortunately, we know the red rocket Andy Dalton isn’t a good quarterback. However, the price here is the cost of doing business and I think we’re on the positive side of it meaning we’re getting a deal in terms of potential targets, receptions, air yards, actual yards etc. I was shocked to see Boyd this low quite frankly and it’s not a lock or free square but he’s solidly in play for cash games.
Calvin Ridley – FanDuel $5500 DraftKings $5300
Ridley has had a really nice target share in the last three games of 6, 9, and 6. He’s also been able to do some solid work with those targets and in the last two, in particular, he’s gotten into the end zone. This price just cannot be ignored for the recent production BUT we have to make sure Ramsey isn’t going to play. Again, the Rams are looking to beat up on the Falcons and get right on offense meaning the Falcons will have to throw a bunch to stay in the game. Ridley should be a good part of that offense.
Tyler Lockett – FanDuel $6500 DraftKings $6600
I wrote up Chris Carson above and as a word of caution that I feel like I repeat very often – you typically do not want a running back and wide receiver from the same team in cash. If you do, it should be a pass-catching back and you may as well play their quarterback too. Also, that tends to work better on DraftKings but is a reasonable strategy on FanDuel as well. With that said, Seattle doesn’t have a great secondary and I think they may get scored on so they’ll need offensive firepower. Russell Wilson has been a legitimate MVP candidate this year and they just lost Big Montana Will Dissly to an Achilles tear. Lockett is in line for a decent game.
