28. Mitch Trubisky (LW: NA)

This experiment is coming to an end. Might not be for another year or so, but it’s coming. The Bears know it, the fans know it, anybody with a working set of eyes knows it. Trubisky has regressed to the point he can’t even make simple throws. It’s horrendous.

27. Joe Flacco (LW: 24)

Flacco is still trying to pick himself off the Mile High turf. Despite seeing the Chiefs put eight guys at the line all night, Flacco held the ball and didn’t adjust. He looked like a rookie.

26. Matt Moore (LW: NA)

Moore steps in for Patrick Mahomes this week as the starter. First assignment? Aaron Rodgers on Sunday night. Good luck with that. In all seriousness, Moore is surrounded by a ton of talent and a head coach in Andy Reid who has made a living turning mediocre quarterbacks into good ones.

25. Ryan Tannehill (LW: NA)

Tannehill threw for more than 300 yards in a thrilling 23-20 win over the Chargers. The Titans aren’t world-beaters with Tannehill, but they’re a hell of a lot better with him than Marcus Mariota.

24. Jameis Winston (LW: 26)

Winston threw two more interceptions during the bye.

23. Sam Darnold (LW: 20)

Wow.
