Offensive Tackle. Washington Commanders. Andrew Thomas. 3. player. 58.

The Washington Redskins have reached a new level of futility, this after being shutout by the San Francisco 49ers this past weekend. In total, the Redskins have scored only 90 points this season, and eventually, they are going to have to turn to rookie quarterback Dwayne Haskins to see what he brings to the table.

If Haskins is the real deal, and will be the team’s franchise quarterback moving forward, they have to get him some protection up front. Trent Williams appears done in the nation’s capital, which means using a high first round pick on an offensive tackle makes a lot of sense next April.

When it comes to this draft class, Andrew Thomas from Georgia is the best offensive tackle available, and is someone who could step right in and start as a rookie in D.C. Thomas would be the franchise tackle this team needs with Williams moving on, as they have to do something to protect their No. 1 asset in Haskins moving forward.

Edge. Atlanta Falcons. Chase Young. 4. player. 44.

What in the world has happened to the Atlanta Falcons? Only a few years removed from representing the NFC in the Super Bowl, the Falcons are now one of the worst teams in the conference, and have a long way to go if they ever want to be competitive again in a tough NFC South.

At one point, Vic Beasley Jr. was one of the better young edge rushers in football, but he is far from that anymore. With the No. 4 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, the Falcons should look to bring in a new elite edge rushing talent, and Chase Young is by far the best in this draft class at getting after the quarterback.

In fact, Young has the talent to be one of the better edge rushing draft picks we have seen in a while, and the Falcons would be a perfect landing spot for him. They are going to blow this thing up and restart with a new head coach and general manager likely new season, and Young would be a solid first draft pick of the new regime.
