Austin Hooper ($25 salary)

Austin Hooper continues to be one of the most reliable tight ends in all of fantasy football. In fact, heading into Week 7, he is the number one fantasy tight end, is number one in receptions, and number two in receiving yards. Set to see a target boost with Mohamed Sanu and his six receptions per contest now in New England, Hooper looks all but certain to have a gamescript aided big week against the Seattle Seahawks. Seattle has allowed 5.43 receptions, 67.71 receiving yards and 0.43 touchdowns to opposing tight ends this season. This amounts to having allowed the fifth most fantasy points to tight ends through seven weeks of play. Hooper should lead the team in targets with Matt Schaub under center.

Corey Davis ($14 salary)

While he is not a long term solution for the Tennessee Titans at quarterback, Ryan Tannehill has proved, that despite his struggles, that he is a superior option to Marcus Mariota. Tannehill is more of a pure passer than Mariota ever was and as result of that and his strong play in Week 7, he has significantly boosted both the floor and ceiling of one of the most talented wideouts in the league in Corey Davis. Maddingly frustrating in an offense run by Marcus Mariota, Davis caught six of seven targets for 80 yards and a score in Tannehill’s first start. Now facing off against a Tampa Bay Buccaneers team surrendering 15 receptions, 203.83 receiving yards and 1.17 touchdowns per game to the wide receiver position, Davis could have a true welcome back fantasy outing in Week 8. The Buccaneers have allowed the third most fantasy points to enemy wideouts.

Indianapolis Colts ($12 salary)

The Indianapolis Colts have been a different defense over the past two weeks. They have averaged 9.5 fantasy points and have at least three sacks per contest. This week they will be facing a Denver Broncos team that has allowed three or more sacks in four out of seven contests this season. Denver has allowed an interception or multiple forced fumbles in all but one contest this year and will be facing a Colts defense that has forced at least one turnover in all but one of their contests. The Colts were selected due to their low cost and significant upside in a week I am trying to fit high cost options like Deshaun Watson and Chris Godwin into my lineup.
