10. Lamar Jackson

Lamar Jackson is the most electric player to win the Heisman Trophy since Reggie Bush definitely didn’t win it in 2005. Jackson did things that most quarterbacks couldn’t (and probably shouldn’t) do (please stay on the ground guys), and he did it in just about every game he played in. The dude just flies around the field, not caring at all whose family members he embarrasses.

More a victim of his surroundings, he never quite had that marquis win, but Lamar Jackson was cold-blooded. He could toy with a defense by making them think he was thinking about thinking about running. Like Hannibal Lecter, he lived in the minds of the defense. It just wasn’t fair what he could do with his legs, and that opens the entire field for him to let one rip. And it seemed like the deeper the pass the more accurate he would be. He was a killer, and he’s the perfect player to kick off this list.
