Fantasy football picks: Week 9 TNF 49ers vs. Cardinals

Larry Fitzgerald – After a hot start to the season, the future hall of fame receiver has cooled off quite a bit recently causing a big decrease in his price for this slate. He has three total fantasy points, and seven targets in the past two games. He is logging the most snaps on the team, so we should expect him to get back to a normal target share in the near future. I am not expecting this breakout performance from him, but I am thinking he can grab a few passes on some short routes for around 50 yards which is enough for him to hit value.

Robbie Gould – I am really liking Gould today, a little more than I normally would with a kicker. He has missed some field goals for the 49ers but also has only one game below eight fantasy points on the season. If he can clean up his missed field goals, Robbie could have an amazing game. This should be a high scoring affair, and that gives him plenty of chances to score extra points as well.

Emmanuel Sanders – This is not a value play, but he makes for one of the top plays of the day so I wanted to mention it anyway. Sanders will be leading this team in snaps as the new top receiver on the roster. In his first game with the 49ers, he scored a touchdown, and with a full week to learn the plays, he should do even better against one of the worst passing defenses in the league.
