Duds

Draymond Green (vs. San Antonio – $7,700 on DK; $8,000 on FD): I don’t trust anyone on the Warriors at the moment and with Draymond not having a safety assist valve in Curry, it’s tough to see where his points going to come from outside of rebounds. His salary is simply too high with plenty of value available below him given the way the Warriors are going to struggle.

Nikola Vucevic (vs. MIL – $9,000 on DK; $8,700 on FD): Vucevic looked much better against the Knicks, but it was still the Knicks. I prefer a guy like Sabonis over Vucevic on Friday. The Bucks, even though they are inconsistent right now, provide a much tougher opposition than the Knicks.

Khris Middleton (at ORL – $6,900 on DK; $7,300 on FD): Middleton and Bledsoe have been a disappointing from a DFS perspective. More Bledsoe than Middleton, but my knock against Middleton is that he simply isn’t giving you enough right now. Bledsoe is a complete stay away at this point. Middleton is consistent, but I caution just because there are options who do provide more value on the night.

Luka Doncic (vs. LAL – $9,700 on DK; $9,800 on FD): Luka will likely be in for a good game, I’m just not sure it’ll be enough to justify the salary on a night with so many strong options. He didn’t play well against Nuggets and it’s obvious that his hot start this season came against some bad defenses. The Lakers have one of the better defenses in the league.

Julius Randle (at BOS – $7,600 on DK; $8,200 on FD): Randle hasn’t shown he can play well against Boston in recent seasons and that has me concerned. RJ Barrett, even though he’s coming off a rough outing, had a big game against Boston already this season and might be a stronger option. There’s better value below Randle, including DeRozan.
