AEW Power Rankings: Week of Oct. 30, 2019

Tag Team division

No. 1- SCU (last week: 2)

Frankie Kazarian and Scorpio Sky won the Tag Team Tournament to become the inaugural AEW World Tag Team champions. Sweet revenge on the Lucha Brothers for attacking Christopher Daniels.

No. 2- Lucha Bros (last week:1)

Even though they lost, the Lucha Brothers were impressive in the Tag Team Tournament finale. A rematch is due very soon.

No. 3- Young Bucks (last week: 5)

The Bucks teamed up with Omega against Hybrid 2 and Kip Sabian. They were victorious, but were attacked by Santana and Ortiz, who were ringside wearing Rick and Morty masks.

No. 4- Best Friends & Orange Cassidy (last week: 6)

Chuckie T and Trent? were joined by Freshly Squeezed Orange Cassidy to face off with QT Marshall, John Silver and Alex Reynolds. Always over with the fans, they easily got the dub.

No. 5- Sonny Kiss & Dustin Rhodes (last week: unranked)

This is a pairing that many AEW fans have been wanting. We got them (and their matching gear) on Dark. They got the win and left the fans wanting more of this team.

No. 6- Santana and Ortiz (last week: 7)

The duo didn’t have a match, but made themselves known by concealing themselves ringside behind Rick and Morty masks. They waited for the perfect time to attack their Full Gear opponents, the Young Bucks.

No. 7- Hybrid 2 & Kip Sabian (last week: unranked)

The trio teamed up for the first time and worked together really well. Although they got the loss, these three would be fun to watch in more trios matches.

No. 8- Private Party (last week: 4)

Private Party didn’t have a match this week, but after their impressive showing in the Tag Team Tournament, they will likely get title shots in the near future.
