LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – NOVEMBER 10: Fred VanVleet #23 of the Toronto Raptors and head coach Nick Nurse argue for a foul during a 113-104 Raptor win over the Los Angeles Lakers at Staples Center on November 10, 2019 in Los Angeles, California. DraftKings NBA Point Guards:

Best Bets:

I’m not going to sit here and tell you that Luka isn’t worth the money. He very well could be. I really don’t like the matchup with Boston though. However, if Westbrook or Harden sit in the second game of a back to back, there’s some scarcity at the top of both guard positions. That’s going to rocket the ownership on Luka even in a tough matchup. Even if someone rests, I’m fading this.

The main reason is that Kemba and Russ are only a step below. Walker is much better at home and Westbrook has a great matchup against the Pelicans regardless of Harden’s status. I’d rather save a bit of money and roll Kemba at home over Luka if guys end up sitting.

Honorable Mention:

As expected, Fred VanVleet has been huge with Lowry out. FVV has 93 DraftKings points in two games with Lowry out. He’s a huge bargain at this price, and should anchor a great number of lineups tonight. Don’t worry about high ownership. You can’t afford to ignore this value.

Morant is a decent play against the Spurs, but I would rather use Dejounte Murray on the other side of this. Murray is still on an unofficial minutes limit though, so the upside is capped. If you want consistency in this tier, Mike Conley is awake in Utah finally, and is putting up solid numbers at the price.

Dark Horse:

If Rose plays, he will be in at least one of my lineups. I wouldn’t care if Teague played or not. Jackson is out, so the run will be there. Tim Frazier is an outstanding play if both Rose and Jackson are out again. If it’s only Jackson, use Rose. Langston Galloway is a nice option too if Rose sits.

About the only consistent thing for the Warriors has been Alec Burks. He is way too cheap considering he has 120 DraftKings points over the last three games.
