DraftKings PGA: Mayakoba Golf Classic Picks

$9,900 Charles Howell III

Chucky 3 sticks is one of the more consistent players on the PGA Tour, hence the 40+ million dollars of career Tour earnings. I will backing the veteran this week. He is an above average DK scorer, he has played well at this course, and he is playing well. CH3 has a top-10 here 2 of his last 3 tries. In the Asia swing, he reeled off a T-20, T-8 and a T-36. Those fields were much more daunting than this current field. CH3 loves his money and has shined in these scenarios (For Example refer to Sony last year).

$8,900 Emiliano Grillo

Grillo will be popular this week due to his course history, which scares the crap out of me. Grillo tends to let the DFS golf community down every week. We see the stats and how pure he strokes his irons, but then he flips the bird to the cup as he 3 putts from 17 feet. It a love-hate relationship and he hates us. Grillo has 3 consecutive top-15 finishes at this event. He also played solid on the Asia swing.  Cheers.

$8,800 Kevin Kisner

I rarely ever roster Kevin Kisner because it is difficult to know which Kiz is going to show up. He fits my model though and volatility is embraceable in GPPs. His form to end the season was incredible, finishing the season in the 9th position at the TOur Championship. At the HSBC he finished 26th. The value is too good to pass up.
