Duds

Andre Drummond (at MIA – $8,900 on DK; $10,400 on FD): I’m assuming Blake Griffin will remain in the lineup despite it being a back-to-back. If Griffin is out of the lineup, Drummond will be fine to take. But the return of Blake will once again cut into the numbers of Drummond. He’ll continue to get points and rebounds, but you need more production at this salary.

Devin Booker (vs LAL – $ on DK; $8,800 on FD): Booker has been up-and-down in recent contests. He’s coming off an “up” game, so if the treed holds, he will be down this game. Booker is good enough to break the trend but it Is against a tough defensive matchup, even if Anthony Davis doesn’t end up playing. There’s better value below Booker.

CJ McCollum (at SAC – $8,100 on DK; $7,400 on FD): McCollum has big game potential but he’s still struggling to find consistency. The Kings should be a good matchup as it turns out there aren’t as good as we thought they would be, at least early on. But until CJ proves he can find some consistency, he’s a risk at this price.

Malcolm Brogdon (vs OKC – $7,600 on DK; $8,700 on FD): Brogdon has been fine in recent contests, but you need more at this price. And the Thunder defense has proven to be tough this season. They have had trouble stopping elite scorers, but I wouldn’t put Brogdon on the level of Giannis, Lillard, Mitchell as those are the guys who have torched OKC.

DeAndre Jordan (at UTA – $5,300 on DK; $5,300 on FD): Even at this price, Jordan costs too much. He should get the run against Gobert, but playing time doesn’t guarantee numbers, though It certainly helps. This feels like a game where Gobert bullies Jordan, who just doesn’t do a whole lot and is quickly played off the court given his current compete level.
