NFL quarterback rankings, Week 11: Patrick Mahomes looks amazing
Shaun Hill Division
28. Brandon Allen (LW: 29)
Allen will continue to be the starter in Denver while rookie Drew Lock tries to make his way off IR. In his only start thus far, Allen made a few throws that keyed a Broncos win over the Browns.
27. Mason Rudolph (LW: 30)
Rudolph is being asked to do very little for the Steelers, but he isn’t making the big mistakes. Theres nothing to suggest he’s going to be a top-tier starter at any point, but he’s effective enough for a backup.
26. Mitch Trubisky (LW: 28)
Trubisky still didn’t play well in the win over Detroit. He threw for 173 yards, albeit with three touchdowns and no interceptions. Trubisky, in short, is a guy.
25. Daniel Jones (LW: 27)
Jones had a great day in the box score, throwing for 306 yards and four touchdowns in a 34-27 loss to the Jets. However, the fumbles have become a consistent problem for the rookie, something the coaching staff needs to clean up.
24. Jameis Winston (LW: 25)
The Buccaneers beat the Cardinals on Sunday, and Winston threw for 358 yards. He also threw two more interceptions, giving him a league-high 14 on the year. There’s no way Tampa Bay should continue forward with him.
23. Ryan Fitzpatrick (LW: 26)
Fitzpatrick continues to hang tough, display leadership and help the young Dolphins improve. He’s never going to be anything special, but Miami has now won two straight, and Fitzpatrick has been solid in both affairs.
22. Sam Darnold (LW: 24)
After throwing eight interceptions in his last three games, Darnold finally got his act together against an atrocious secondary in the New York Giants. The Jets won their second game of the year, and Darnold went for 230 yards (7.7 YPA) and a touchdown.
