player. 53. . Offensive Tackle. Cleveland Browns. Tristan Wirfs. 7

The Cleveland Browns finally came away with a signature win this past weekend, as they beat the Buffalo Bills in front of the home crowd. It has been a wildly disappointing season for Baker Mayfield and company, but this is the kind of win that could put this franchise back on track moving forward.

While Mayfield is a solid quarterback, and the team has a ton of weapons on the offensive side of the ball, they still need help up front along the offensive line. Tristan Wirfs is a guy who can come in and start right away as the team’s left tackle moving forward, and the team is looking for a franchise left tackle since Joe Thomas retired.

Cleveland may still make a run this season, as there are winnable games left on the schedule, so the odds are they will not be picking in the top-10 next April. However, if they are picking this high, something went very wrong, and Wirfs has the talent to be a part of the solution in Cleveland in 2020 and beyond.

Justin Herbert. 8. player. 48. . Quarterback. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers came up with a huge victory this past weekend against the Arizona Cardinals, as Jameis Winston and company looked very good on offense. However, they have no played consistent football all season long, and it may be time for the franchise to turn the page on Winston as the long-term answer at quarterback.

Luckily for the Bucs, there are a lot of talented signal-callers in this year’s draft class, including Justin Herbert from Oregon. Not only does Herbert have a rifle for a right arm, but he has good feet, and is one of the more NFL-ready quarterbacks coming out this year, after starting four years for the Ducks.

Tampa Bay has solid talent on both sides of the ball, and they have the perfect head coach for a young quarterback in Bruce Arians. Herbert has proven during his time at Oregon that he has the skillset to be elite at the NFL level, and the Bucs need more stability at the position moving forward.
