NBA DFS: Studs, scrubs, and duds for November 13

Duds

James Harden (vs LAC – $11,700 on DK; $12,000 on FD): Harden will get his numbers because he’s James Harden. But will he be the top scorer on the night? I’m doubtful. The Clippers have been playing excellent defense and this will be the toughest team the Rockets have played all season.

Damian Lillard (vs TOR – $9,200 on DK; $10,200 on FD): It’s a back-to-back for the Blazers, which is the first concern. The second concern is that the Raptors are a good team who can make life tough on Lillard, even with the injuries. He’ll get his numbers but there’s better value below him.

Nikola Vucevic (vs PHI – $8,300 on DK; $9,400 on FD): Vucevic has been better recently, but I don’t like him against the Sixers. Even though the Sixers are on a back-to-back, they are tough defensively and the Magic really don’t have much of an offense. I don’t like Vucevic or Aaron Gordon in this matchup.

Tobias Harris (at ORL – $6,700 on DK; $7,300 on FD): Tobias Harris can not buy a shot right now. Chances are he’s going to explode for a big game at some point and you’ll be sad that you missed him at a good price. But right now, a guy like Richardson offers more value if you’re looking to stay in this game.

Draymond Green (at LAL – $5,600 on DK; $6,700 on FD): Draymond isn’t at a bad salary. The problem is he no longer fits on this team, so the numbers aren’t exactly there. He’s not a scorer and he’s not getting the assists with Curry and Klay out of the lineup. There’s better value below him.
