Women’s Division

No. 1 — RIHO (last week: 1)

RIHO successfully defended her title against her former coach, Emi Sakura. These women have wrestled each other for 13 years. Their match at Full Gear was the 269th time they’ve faced one another, with 33 of them being singles matches. With this win, RIHO now has 16 wins to Sakura’s 17 and 4-3 in title match records.

No. 2 — Nyla Rose (last week: unranked)

“The Native Beast” was paired with Leva Bates against Shazza Mackenzie and Shalandra Royal on Dark. Rose never tagged in her partner and picked up the win after decimating her opponents. On Dynamite, she easily beat indie wrestler, Dani Jordyn to keep her winning streak going.

No. 3 — Hikaru Shida (last week: unranked)

Shida faced Big Swole on Dark. This was a great match for Shida and after her win, she said that she’s happy to showcase Japanese wrestling to fans.

No. 4 — Britt Baker (last week: 9)

Britt Baker faced her nemesis Bea Priestley in a grudge match on “The Buy In” prior to Full Gear. The two competitors have been feuding for five months now. Baker came out on top, even with the flu.

No. 5 — Emi Sakura (last week: 2)

Sakura faced her student, RIHO, at Full Gear. At times, she dominated the match even getting in a Vader bomb. Ultimately, the student defeated the teacher to retain the Women’s Championship.

No. 6 — Brandi Rhodes w/Awesome Kong (last week: 10)

Brandi unleashed her mean streak on Priestley after suffering a defeat to Baker. She was accompanied by Awesome Kong, who nailed Priestley with a Uraken. Brandi held Priestley down while Kong cut a lock of her hair.

No. 7 — Bea Priestley (last week: unranked)

“The Top Gaijin” has been in Japan wreaking havoc for the last few weeks. In her place has been her tag team partner in Japan, Jamie Hayter. Priestley returned just in time for Full Gear. Priestley was bested by Baker and then attacked by a spiteful Brandi Rhodes & Awesome Kong.

No. 8 — Big Swole (last week: T7)

Big Swole has reportedly signed with AEW following her Dark match two weeks ago. She had her first singles match against Shida. She nearly got a victory, but ultimately lost after multiple knee strikes.

No. 9 — Leva Bates (last week: unranked)

Although she was never tagged in, Bates still picked up her first win in AEW with her tag team partner, Rose, getting the win for their team.

No. 10 — Shazza Mackenzie (last week: unranked)

Mackenzie made her AEW debut at the Casino Battle Royale at All Out. This week, she returned on Dark. Although she lost, she made quite an impression as #SignShazza was trending on Twitter. Brandi Rhodes seemingly acknowledged the hashtag in a tweet.
