DraftKings NBA Small Forwards:

Best Bets:

The Lakers seem to be in love with the idea (or they have a contractual obligation) of LeBron leading the league in assists. Right now, it’s not even close. They’re not trying to appease Rondo. This is the King’s team. He can do whatever he damn well pleases. Right now, that’s controlling the game from the point, which actually raises his floor from a DFS perspective even if it does limit his ceiling.

If Brandon Ingram is in, it will sap the value of most other Pelicans. That said, what reason do the Pelicans have to play him? There are G-League teams better than the Warriors right now. New Orleans will win this without Ingram, and I tend to think they should. Why use him if you don’t have to?

Honorable Mention:

Jabari Parker keeps putting up numbers despite poor matchups. Until last night, that is. I’m off of Parker in his L.A. back to back as well. There is just too much value below this with about the same amount of potential. Johnathan Isaac if he plays is just one example.

I really don’t want to play Dillon Brooks against Denver, but we can’t hardly ignore his three straight games of 30+ DraftKings points or the number of minutes that he logs per game. Brooks had been a dud more often than not, but like the rest of this team, he’s really young. Brooks may finally be hitting his stride.

Aside from Burks, Eric Paschall has the most scoring potential for the Warriors. I see pretty big night scoring for both of them. I will have heavy doses of both of them. Which likely means the Warriors are going to score 60 points over the entire game tonight.

Dark Horses:

Big Dog III has done very little even with more minutes for the Warriors. That changes tonight. Everyone’s shots are going to go up. Robinson is not the elite scorer than his father was, but I think he can do in a pinch. There is more upside here than usual.

We’ve seen this before. Big production from E’Twaun Moore when injuries ravage the Pelicans. The Pelicans are going to be more healthy than last night, but how much more? If Frank Jackson is back, I want nothing to do with Moore. If Ingram is back, same thing. Moore is behind NAW and Kenrich in the pecking order. Keep that in mind if using him.
