DraftKings college football wide receiver picks November 19

Top Tier:

Wide receivers are a grab bag tonight. There isn’t a true stud receiver out there to hang our hat on. So we just have to go with guys riding a hot streak.

Bowling Green is going to have to throw, but as we saw with Loy’s awful game last week, that doesn’t always mean production. Quintin Morris is by far the leading receiver, but he hasn’t been lately. Christian Sims was last week, but he only caught two passes. You can play Morris hoping for a better day from Loy, but that’s your only play with the Falcons today.

Middle Tier:

Quian Williams was a lot better than Arthur Jackson last week. Even Mathew Sexton and Dylan Drummond had better days than Jackson. Jackson is the leading receiver on the season, but I would look elsewhere with EMU spreading the ball out more with Glass throwing all over the place. The top four Eagles receivers are about the same price anyway.

Cole Tucker and Spencer Tears each caught three passes last week, but it’s all about what you do with it afterwards. Tears took one 34 yards for a touchdown. Tucker didn’t have one that went beyond ten yards. However, in a PPR format, the volume matters. Both are worth using tonight. Tyrice Richie had his best game of the season last week with six receptions. What are the chances he does it again?

Bargain Shoppers:

Ohio doesn’t throw a lot of passes to begin with, so this whole receiver corps is a snake pit. Isiah Cox is leading the team in receptions. Ryan Lueherman led the team last week and has the highest DraftKings point per game average. Cox is the safe play, but Lueherman probably has more upside.
