Scrubs

Alec Burks (at MEM – $5,000 on DK; $5,600 on FD): Burks struggled against the Pelicans but the Grizzlies are weak against the position and I trust him to bounce back. He’s one of the free reliable scorers on the Warriors, though he is becoming a bit boom or bust. Trust him to boom in this one given the matchup.

Jaren Jackson Jr. (vs GS – $5,600 on DK; $7,200 on FD): Triple J remains at a very good salary given his overall potential. Going up against this Warriors squad certainly helps. If nothing else, he should get you at least value in this game. But given the matchup, expect much more from him.

JJ Redick (vs POR – $5,100 on DK; $5,400 on FD): Redick has found his shot as of late and now he gets the Blazers defense on a back to back. With the injuries to the Pelicans, Redick is one of the more reliable options they have. His hot streak should keep up in this game.

Rajon Rondo (vs OKC – $4,500 on DK; $4,400 on FD): Rondo’s minutes keep going up, which means he’s going to keep contributing more. The Thunder is weak against the position and on a back to back. Meanwhile, the Lakers are clicking right now and Rondo is scoring well and the assists will start to come.

Jaxson Hayes (vs POR – $4,900 on DK; $4,800 on FD): Hayes drew the start in his last game and performed very well. Now he gets to go up against a depleted Blazers frontcourt who are on a back-to-back. Maybe it’s too soon to jump on the Hayes train after just one game. But if he’s starting, given the matchup, he should be in your lineup at this price.
