DraftKings NBA Power Forwards:

Best Bets:

Pascal Siakam ($8,800): I usually wont run forwards against the Magic. They prefer to slow the game down and essentially turn it into a street fight. Siakam can hold his own in there and the usage is so high that we have to pay attention. Considering how tough the Magic are on the perimeter, it will have to be Siakam that steps up or Toronto is getting blown out.

LaMarcus Aldridge ($7,700): LMA put up 46.25 DraftKings points on Washington in the first game this year. If anything, the Wizards are even worse up front now than they were then. We could see another big day from LMA here.

Honorable Mention:

Kevin Love ($7,400): Love stuck it to Miami for 46 DraftKings points in the first meeting, but that may not happen again. Love’s role is bound to change with Thompson resting. I would imagine the Cavs play Love at center the entire time he’s on the floor with McKinnie occupying Love’s usual slot. I like this a lot less if Love is tangling with Bam on a balky back.

Montrezl Harrell ($7,000): Under normal circumstances, I would say that Blake might eat the Bulls. The more likely scenario tonight is that Blake plays 25 minutes before Detroit gets up big. It’s better to move down to Harrell, who absolutely abused the Thunder on Monday. Boston may provide a touch more resistance, but not that much. I don’t know that Theis or Kanter can deal with Harrell either.

Paul Millsap ($6,100): DraftKings has finally adjusted the price on Millsap, but he’s still a force even if he isn’t the force that he was in Atlanta. Millsap hasn’t been under 5x value since November 5th. He wont fall under here either.

Dark Horses:

Danuel House ($4,800): Denver is tough up front, especially if house has to deal with man-child Paul Millsap. Still, this price is too low. House picked up right where he left off in his return on Monday. House has little upside, but if he’s getting you 6x value anyway, that’s enough, yes? This is one of the more consistent value plays. Some of us appreciate that.

Davis Bertans ($4,500): I suppose you can call this a revenge game for Bertans, not that he has anything to be bitter with the Spurs about. Washington uses Bertans in practically the same capacity with a few more minutes and a larger role in the offense. Bertans can be deadly from outside, so the upside is big. The floor is just as low as the ceiling is high.

Alfonzo McKinnie ($3,800): The return of Kevin Love presumably kills the value here, but Nance is still out and Thompson is resting. McKinnie played very well with Love out, racking up 40 DraftKings points in the two games. This is a calculated risk, but seeing how well McKinnie has played, Cleveland should still run him out there for 20 minutes or so.
