NFL DraftKings – Top valued quarterbacks

Ryan Fitzpatrick versus Cleveland Browns ($5,000)

Ryan Fitzpatrick sure is different when it comes to the quarterback position. If he gets the opportunity to take over the starting job somewhere, he shines and shines brightly. He has given hope to this Miami Dolphins offense since taking over. He has put together some decent showings in the past five games. FitzMagic has recorded 21.58, 14.3, 23.72, 14.06, and 15.92 fantasy points in those last five games. Fitzpatrick now gets to face the Cleveland Browns in a pretty good spot.

The Cleveland Browns are currently giving up 344 total yards to opposing offenses with 216 of those yards coming through the air. They are giving up close to two touchdowns per game to quarterbacks while allowing them 18.84 fantasy points. The downside of facing this Browns defense is that they also almost average at least one take away from the quarterback position. $5,000 for Fitzpatrick against this odd Cleveland Browns defense looks and seems like a steal this weekend.

Dwayne Haskins Jr. versus Detroit Lions ($4,900)

I am disgusted when looking at playing a Washington Redskins player, but Haskins is in a really good spot this weekend versus the Detroit Lions. The Lions have been pretty poor this season and are giving up 288 yards through the air while allowing opposing offenses to score 27 points per game. The Lions also give up the fourth most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks with 22.25 fantasy points per game. Why not take that shot in the dark this week?

When playing catch up, Dwayne Haskins Jr. gets the green light to throw. He has now recorded 57 passing attempts in the past two weeks. Plus versus the New York Jets last week he was able to record 18.06 fantasy points. This is a Redskins team that we are talking about and a struggling Detroit Lions team so the struggles may show a lot on both ends, but if Haskins has to sling it then he can truly return and exceed his value.
