DraftKings Showdown: Flex

Aaron Rodgers $10,000 –

While I will only have 10% of Rodgers in at Captain, he is going to be one of my core plays on tomorrow nights slate. With the tough matchup on the road, Rodgers was priced down compared to other slates which gives me even more reason to play the former MVP. With Davante Adams back and a backfield that should be able to have success running the football, Rodgers is my favorite flex play on tomorrows slate.

Jimmy Garoppolo $9,800 –

The Packers pass defense has been excellent all year allowing the 9th fewest points to quarterbacks. If the 49ers get Sanders and Kittle back from injury, I will have interest in Garoppolo in at flex. If they do not get those players back, I will have very low ownership of the 49ers signal-caller as I think they go with a ground and pound offensive attack.

Deebo Samuel $8,200 –

If Emmanuel Sanders plays, Samuel’s value takes a hit. If he does not play, Samuel is one of the better plays on tomorrows slate, as he has seen double-digit targets in back-to-back games while eclipsing the 100-yard receiving mark. Be sure to check in with my twitter account @jdebuch as I will tweet out just how much I believe Samuel’s factors in once actives are released.
