21. Carson Wentz (LW: 14)

Wentz went from inconsistent earlier in the year to horrendous over the past few weeks. On Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks, Wentz couldn’t complete simple throws to the flat. It was bad, bad football.

20. Jared Goff (LW: 18)

Goff looks awful. Absolutely awful. The line isn’t good, but Goff can’t hit open receivers consistently. He doesn’t stand in the pocket. It’s bad football, and it’s expensive football.

19. Baker Mayfield (LW: 21)

Mayfield had his best game of the season on Sunday, totaling 327 passing yards and three touchdowns with an interception. With 14 touchdowns and 13 interceptions this year, Mayfield hasn’t been good, but he’s trending in the right direction.

18. Sam Darnold (LW: 22)

Ghosts. What ghosts? Darnold has the Jets rolling after winning 34-3 over the Oakland Raiders, their third consecutive victory. The second-year man is suddenly finding himself after throwing eight interceptions over three games.

17. Josh Allen (LW: 20)

Allen completes 60 percent of his throws and averages 214 passing yards per game. He’s not terrific, but he’s doing enough to help the Buffalo Bills get to 8-3. He’s average with upside.
