Duds

Brandon Ingram (vs LAL – $8,300 on DK; $8,800 on FD): Ingram has been consistent but hasn’t delivered the big games like he was prior to the injury. And at this salary, you need more than just a consistent effort. Throw in the fact that this is a tough matchup given how well the Lakers are against the position and there are too many red flags with Ingram.

Spencer Dinwiddie (at BOS – $7,800 on DK; $8,300 on FD): Dinwiddie has been on a roll and while he’s the top option in Brooklyn, which always bodes well, he’s also up against a tough matchup. The salary on DK isn’t too bad given his scoring ability but the FD price is too high compared to the rest of the field.

Eric Bledsoe (vs ATL – $7,100 on DK; $7,600 on FD): The matchup is a good one for Bledsoe but he has underperformed in a big way in the last couple of games. With so much talent available on Wednesday, the risk isn’t worth it. Giannis will likely dominate this game as he always does, leaving Bledsoe to pick up the pieces where he can.

Russell Westbrook (vs MIA – $8,800 on DK; $ 8,600 on FD): There’s just no great reason to take Westbrook at this point. He was dreadful against Miami in the meeting earlier this month and while I’d be willing to write it off because he’s Westbrook, he just hasn’t fit with what Houston likes to do. The salary would have to come down in a big way for me to take him, especially on this night.

Malcolm Brogdon (vs UTA – $6,800 on DK; $8,300 on FD): His price on DK isn’t bad. FD is far too high though. He was underperforming his salary prior to the injury and didn’t exactly light the world on fire in his return. The matchup doesn’t get any easier against the Utah defense.
