30. . Offensive Tackle. New York Jets. Tristan Wirfs. 9. player

The New York Jets went into their matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals flying high, as they were fresh off a throttling of the Oakland Raiders at home. However,  the Jets went back to being the Jets, losing to the winless Bengals in a game where they were not competitive at all, falling to their eighth loss of the season.

For the Jets, they are just not a good football team right now, but they do have pieces in place that should lead to them being competitive very soon. Second-year quarterback Sam Darnold looks like the real deal, and Le’Veon Bell is finally back to being an elite running back in the league. However, their offensive line is just trash right now.

That leads to their first-round pick, where they could end up getting one of the premier offensive tackles this draft class has to offer. Tristan Wirfs is second to only Andrew Thomas in terms of being NFL-ready right away, and for the Jets, he would be an anchor on a line that needs to do a better job protecting their No. 1 asset in Darnold.

player. 13. . Quarterback. Los Angeles Chargers. Tua Tagovailoa. 10

The Philip Rivers era with the Chargers is coming to an end, as he has shown recently that he just does not have the same kind of magic anymore. The Chargers have been in games recently that he has just flat out hurt their chances of winning, and while it was an outstanding run for him, it is time for him to either retire, or find a new franchise.

When it comes time for the Chargers to draft in 2020, the franchise should be hoping they continue to lose, as they could get an elite signal-caller in round one. Tua Tagovailoa of Alabama suffered a devastating hip injury a few weeks back, but it was not the same injury that Bo Jackson suffered, which was a sigh of relief for him and his family.

As for Tua, the word right now is that he will make a full recovery, and that is certainly good news for whatever team takes a chance on him in the first round of the draft. The Chargers need to turn the page when it comes to Rivers, and Tua would be a perfect guy to lead them into their next era of football in their brand new building.
