College football betting results evening November 30:

Texas A&M at LSU(-17.5): MISS! I knew better. I let rivalries psych me out in many games this week.

Iowa State(-4.5) at Kansas State: MISS! This was the best game Kansas State played in a month. Iowa State has loads of talent on offense, but their defense needs to step up if they are going to win a bowl.

Navy(-8.5) at Houston: HIT! This was one of the more entertaining games of the night. The teams combined for 35 points in the first quarter and hit the over by halftime. Jamale Carothers is a fullback that is faster than most running backs. He also poached some of Malcolm Kelly‘s touchdowns. Well, he earned it. 18 carries for 188 yards is a great line in itself. Add the five touchdowns, and it’s one of the better ones we saw all year.

North Carolina(-10.5) at North Carolina State: MISS! Again, I knew better. I even stacked the Tarheels on DraftKings. I should have changed my pick.

Colorado at Utah(-28.5): MISS! The Ralphies were well on their way to not getting covered until Utah realized they needed style points.

Florida State at Florida(-17.5): HIT! The rivalry scared me into not betting as much on a game that was easy pickings.

Louisiana-Monroe at Louisiana(-19.5): MISS!I never would have guessed that the Cajuns would almost lose this outright.

Oklahoma(-13.5) at Oklahoma State: MISS! I’ll gladly take my loss here. I was impressed by the defense in this one. They came up with big plays when they needed to and did a superb job on Chuba Hubbard.

BYU(-5.5) at San Diego State: HIT! This was an impressive performance by the San Diego State defense. The offense still sputtered a bit under Carson Baker, but he was much better than anything else (Ryan Agnew) they threw under center this year. Baker is going to be one of the better quarterbacks the Aztecs have had in a while.

Arizona at Arizona State(-13.5): MISS! This was a solid swan song for Khalil Tate. Too bad his teammates didn’t help him out a little and play with the same desire he had.

California(-1.5) at UCLA: HIT! I’m surprised the game stayed within ten. DTR had a solid game, but the Cal offense controlled the game under Chase Garbers.

Fresno State(-2.5) at San Jose State: MISS! Even I couldn’t have envisioned just how ugly this was. The Bulldogs got two touchdowns in the first and a safety in the second to take a 16-3 lead only to go dormant in the second half. Too many bad decisions on offense.

Army at Hawaii(-2.5): HIT! The Warriors were back to their high scoring ways, mostly because they left Cole McDonald in the game once they finally put him in there.
